The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product.
What is the processing time?The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 5-10 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
Return and exchange policy
The product is guaranteed for one year from the delivery date of order.
2.Return rules:
After the customer purchases the goods supplied by our factory, the logistics shows that within 7 days (including 7 days) after the receipt of the goods, the goods can be returned without any reason within 7 days without affecting the secondary sales, and the logistics expenses incurred by the returned goods shall be borne by the returned goods.
Return and exchange procedures:
Return of the goods
(1) first of all, contact the website online customer service or send an email [email protected] to submit the return application, professional after-sales service staff will review for you within 48 hours
(2) after return to apply for approval, please as soon as possible (suggest) within seven days, according to the online customer service provide a mailing address to send back the product, please keep the goods itself and packaging is complete, lost charge at cost, and attach return listing stated: company name, telephone number, contact email address/address, order number and problem description information;
3. Our company will refund you within 3-10 working days after receiving the complete product you sent back and confirming it is correct.
For replacement, please contact the online customer service to confirm the valid order and order number. Please send the defective goods to the factory by yourself (please attach a note indicating the order number, name, phone number and address), and send out the replacement goods within 10 working days after signing for confirmation.
Return or exchange is not allowed under the following circumstances:
A) any product not sold through our company or operator's sales channel (serial number does not match)
B) torn product labels
C) product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, use, maintenance, storage, collision, negligence, abuse, infusion, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, or tear, alter label, machine number and anti-counterfeiting mark
D) the outer package, accessories, gifts and incompleteness of the goods
E) for over-insured goods (goods beyond the warranty period)
