The operator wears oil-resistant gloves to hold the filter element and remove the old filter element upwards. Close the upper sealing ring (the lower end has its own gasket) and tighten the nut; f. Tighten the plug of the drain outlet, cover the upper end cover (note that the sealing ring is properly cushioned), and tighten the bolt.
2. Replacement of the filter element of the double barrel parallel pre-filtration device:
a, close the oil inlet valve of the filter on the side of the filter element that needs to be replaced, close the oil outlet valve after a few minutes, and then unscrew the end cover bolt and open the end cover;
b. Open the drain valve to thoroughly drain the dirty oil to prevent the dirty oil from entering the clean oil cavity when the filter element is replaced;
c, loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, the operator wears oil-resistant gloves to hold the filter element, and remove the old filter element vertically upwards;
d. Replace the new filter element, pad the upper seal ring (the lower end has its own gasket), and tighten the nut;
e. Close the blowdown valve, cover the upper end cap (note that the sealing ring is well cushioned), and tighten the bolts.
f. First open the oil inlet valve and then open the air outlet valve. When the oil comes out of the air outlet valve, immediately close the air outlet valve, and then open the oil outlet valve; then operate the other side filter in the same way.
