The principle of
The oil and gas separation filter core is the key component that determines the discharge of compressed air quality of the fuel injection screw compressor.With proper installation and good maintenance, the quality of compressed air and the service life of filter elements can be ensured.
The air compressed from the main engine head of the screw compressor carries oil droplets of various sizes. The larger oil droplets are easily separated by the oil and gas separation tank, while the smaller oil droplets (suspended) must be filtered by the micron fiberglass filter of the oil and gas separation filter core.Proper selection of glass fiber diameter and thickness is an important factor to ensure the filtering effect.After the oil mist is intercepted, diffused and polymerized by the filter material, the small oil droplets are quickly polymerized into large oil droplets, which pass through the filter layer under the action of pneumatic and gravity and settle at the bottom of the filter core.These oils are fed back into the lubricating system through the inlet of the return pipe at the bottom of the filter core, allowing the compressor to discharge pure, high-quality compressed air.
Change the way
When the oil consumption of air compressor is greatly increased, check whether oil filters, pipelines, return tubing, etc. are blocked and cleaned; when oil consumption is still large, general oil and gas separator has been degraded and needs to be replaced in time.When the pressure difference between the two ends of oil and gas separation filter core reaches 0.15mpa, it should be replaced.When the pressure difference is 0, it indicates that the filter core has fault or the air flow has been short-circuited. At this time, it is also applied to replace the filter core.Generally, the replacement time is 3000~4000 hours. If the environment is poor, the service time will be shortened.The steps of replacement are as follows:
Folding model
The external type is relatively simple. The air compressor stops, closes the air pressure outlet, opens the drain valve, and after confirming that the system is free of pressure, the old oil and gas separator can be removed and replaced with a new one.
Folding built - in model
Replace the oil and gas separator according to the following steps:
1. Stop the air compressor, close the air pressure outlet, open the drain valve, and make sure the system is free of pressure.
2. Disassemble the pipeline above the oil and gas barrel and remove the pipeline outlet of the pressure maintenance valve to the cooler.
3. Remove the return pipe.
4. Remove the fixing bolt of the cover on the oil and gas tank and remove the cover on the gas tank.
5. Remove the oil and gas separator and replace it with a new one.
Put them in reverse order.
Folding note
When installing the return pipe, it must be inserted into the bottom of the filter element.Replace oil and gas separator pay attention to electrostatic discharge, the inner metal mesh and oil barrel housing connect.About 5 staples can be pinned on the upper and lower pads, and ordered thoroughly to prevent electrostatic reaccumulation and ignition explosion, to prevent the unclean products falling into the oil barrel, so as not to affect the compressor operation.
